#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks suppliers to provide and deliver various electronic components to Denel Overberg Test Range.** Suitable bidders are electronics component suppliers/distributors with capacity to supply monitors (19" rack-mounted and 32"), HDMI/composite video recorders, and HEIM Data recorder modules, and who are VAT-registered and able to meet South African Treasury procurement requirements. Delivery is to the Denel OTR site (Arniston/Bredasdorp area).

- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Valid BBBEE Certificate or sworn Affidavit
- Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) and VAT registration
- Prices must include VAT
- Quotations valid for 30 days
- Acceptance subject to General Conditions of Contract (July 2010) and Treasury Guidelines
- Evaluation in accordance with Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022
- Denel reserves right not to award, or to award parts to different bidders
- Complete and submit SBD 4 Declaration of Interest (disclosures of state connections)
