## Summary

#### Overview
**The Eskom Koeberg Operating Unit seeks the supply and delivery of various miscellaneous metal fittings and hardware items (CAP FEMALE; NIPPLE; T-PIECE; ELBOWS; PLUGS, UNION, etc.) conforming to EN 10242 and related standards for a 12-month period.** Suppliers of miscellaneous metals fittings (cast iron galvanised, brass, stainless steel, EN 10242-compliant items) who can meet Eskom's nuclear safety requirements should bid. Bidders must have a QMS certified to ISO 9001:2015 or Eskom 238-102 Rev 3, and be able to comply with nuclear Level 2 QA requirements.

#### Requirements
- ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent QMS (or conformance to Eskom 238-102 Rev 3).
- Signed returnable 238-769T Supplier Quality Management System form.
- A Quality Plan/ITP/Quality Control Plan (QCP) covering product realization and acceptance.
- Demonstration of CMTR or Type 3.1 material certificate per ASME NCA3862 for materials (e.g., EN 10242 items).
- Evidence of at least three similar prior supply projects.
- Compliance documentation: CSD registration, Tax Compliance PIN, and B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; COIDA letter of good standing.
