#### Overview
**Venue setup, décor, furniture rental and related AV/climate-control services for the Vice Chancellor’s Dinner (120 guests) at UFH on 1 October 2026.** UFH seeks a suitably experienced service provider to supply, deliver, set up, staff, and remove décor, tables and seating, stage, digital podium and climate-control elements at Miriam Makeba Centre Hall, East London Campus, per attached specifications.

#### Requirements
- Compulsory Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and Original Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Complete and submit bid documentation: Pricing schedules, task directive/proposal, and bid forms including SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 7.2 (Contract between Purchaser and Supplier), SBD 8 (Past SCM practices) and SBD 9 (Certificate of Independent Bid Determination).
- Compliance with UFH SCM policy; UFH reserves right to accept any quote or none; no late quotes accepted. Scope must cover venue décor, tables and seating, stage, podium, and climate control as specified (RFQ documents).
