#### Requirements
- Compulsory Clarification Meeting attendance (Virginia Airport Terminal Building, 17 June 2026 at 11:00).
- Registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and the eThekwini Supplier Portal; provide CSD registration reports.
- Compliance documents: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN, CIDB Registration/Status, BBBEE status, Municipal Fees declarations; Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire; MBD forms (various), and Joint Venture documentation if applicable.
- Pricing must be fixed for contract duration; bid validity and other tender data apply (e.g., 120-day validity, 12 months under policy).
- Compliance with applicable acts/policies (PPPFA, CIDB, Occupational Health and Safety, etc.).
