## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of stationery items to all Western Cape Government Health facilities for a five-year period.** Bid WCGHSC0483/2026 invites suppliers with stationery experience and regional delivery capability to compete across five Regions (Metro, Cape Winelands, Overberg, West Coast, Eden & Central Karoo).

#### Requirements

- Delivery capability: admin office in Western Cape; access to vehicles; deliver within 14 calendar days of official order; own manpower/equipment for delivery; courier/sub-contracting limited to 25%.
- Region-based award: bids must cover all items for each region; partial region bids not allowed.
- Samples and catalogues: deliver item samples to Bellville Head Office by 28 Aug 2026; provide electronic catalogue/brochure for all tendered items; maintain samples for the contract term; other sample rules apply.
- Compliance: all bids subject to GCC and any Special Conditions; OHS document fully completed; successful bidder signs WCBD7.1 contract.
