#### Overview
**Artscape seeks to engage a provider to deliver a Smoothie Bike activation for Wellness Day, including supply and operation of smoothie bike(s) for ~50 staff on 8 September 2026 (09:00–13:00).** Suitable bidders are experienced event service providers with 2–3 years’ experience at wellness or corporate events, capable of supplying own bikes and ingredients, plus client testimonials and post-event feedback; must be registered on the **Central Supplier Database (CSD)** and hold a **BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit** and a valid **SARS number/status**.

#### Requirements
- Supply and operate your own smoothie bike(s)
- Provide all ingredients (fruit, vegetables, etc.)
- Ensure bikes are functional and safe
- Promote healthy eating/lifestyle awareness
- 2–3 years’ experience at wellness/corporate events
- 3–5 testimonials from executives/clients
- Post-event participant feedback report
- Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Submit **BBBEE certificate/sworn affidavit** and **SARS number/status PIN**
- Complete forms: **SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD6.2 (if applicable), SBD8 & SBD9**
