#### Requirements

- Experience: Electrical Test Technician ≥3 years; Installation Electrician ≥5 years in LV/MV electrical installations, testing, commissioning, maintenance and repairs; CVs required.
- Company evidence: Previous LV/MV infrastructure project references; 3 reference letters max for scoring.
- Tools: VFL cable tester, cable fault locator/thumper, thermal imaging camera (minimum tools required).
- Compliance: Tax compliance via SARS PIN; TCS or CSD numbers if applicable; separate TCS for JV/subcontractors; BBBEE evidence (certificate or sworn affidavit) to claim preference points.
- Other: Functionality threshold of 80/100 to progress to price/preference evaluation; adherence to NEC3 contract terms and risk/insurance provisions.
