#### Overview
**Procurement of wholesale of excess network capacity on eThekwini Municipality’s Carrier Grade Network for 36 months.** Bidders should have bandwidth wholesale/internet services experience, hold an ICASA ECS license, be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and on the eThekwini supplier database, and be able to deliver wholesale network capacity. #### Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in bandwidth wholesale or sale of internet services, with appointment letter and client reference letters.
- ICASA Electronic Communications Service (ECS) license (certified copy).
- Registration on CSD (MAAA number) and on the eThekwini supplier database; provide PR and related proof.
- Tax Compliance Status PIN or Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Complete and submit the required MBD forms: MBD 4, MBD 5 (if applicable), MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9, plus the Official Tender Form and Authority of Signatory.
- Occupational Health and Safety declaration; Declaration of Municipal Fees (or acknowledged debt); and related returnables.
- Specific Goals: ownership/Black ownership claims (via MBD 6.1) with supporting proof; points may apply under the 80/20 system.
