## Summary

#### Overview
**CapeNature seeks to appoint a contractor for the construction services to the main picnic ablution facility at Wolwekloof Resort.** Eligible bidders must hold CIDB grading of 3GB or higher and meet standard pre-qualification requirements. #### Requirements
- CIDB registration: 3GB or higher.  
- Tax clearance: original Tax Clearance Certificate required with bid; separate certificates for JV/consortia.  
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and B-BBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit).  
- Returnable documents: Schedule 1A–L, 1M, 1N–1P, 2A–2I, plus C1–C2 contracts data and pricing schedules.  
- Compulsory forms and compliance: Form C1.1 (offer), no telephonic/facsimile offers, 120-day bid validity, ability to correct arithmetic errors in black ink with initials, and adherence to the CIDB tender data.  
- OH&S and Environmental requirements; Occupational Health and Safety Agreement to be completed within 14 days of acceptance.  
- Disclosure: declarations on SCM practices, conflicts of interest, and precluded lists (Tender Defaulters, restricted suppliers).  
- If applicable, proof of joint venture authority and performance records.
