## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks a professional service provider to manage end-to-end work permit applications for SAAT expatriates in Botswana over 36 months.** The scope covers pre-assessment, document procurement and legalization, application processing, local entity liaison, and ongoing tracking and compliance for approximately 3 expatriates annually.

#### Requirements
- SARS Tax Clearance Certificate (or proof of application).  
- BBBEE rating certificate from SANAS (applicable to SA-based companies).  
- Company profile, minimum 3 corporate references, and proof of in-country representation (in-house staff or approved agents).  
- Ability to deliver a work permit within 1–7 weeks (Phase 2) or 8–14 weeks (alternative), with corresponding scoring.  
- Complete pricing schedule: break down Professional Service Fees and Disbursements (govt fees, logistics, etc.) in ZAR, VAT exclusive.  
- Compliance with PFMA guidance and confidentiality; bid to be evaluated on functionality and pricing, with terms negotiable after award.  
- Document filename reference: RFQSP0027-26 WORK PERMIT.pdf.

#### How to Apply
- Submissions must reach SAAT by 17 Jul 2026, 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be considered.

- Attach: SARS Tax Clearance Certificate, SANAS BBBEE certificate, company profile, 3 references, proof of in-country representation, 2 letters of similar services, completed critical evaluation criteria, and Pricing Schedule (RFQSP0027-26 WORK PERMIT.pdf).  
- Pricing should be in ZAR, excluding VAT, with a separate line for Professional Fees and Disbursements.  
- Note: final terms and award are at SAAT’s sole discretion and may be negotiated post-submission.
