## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks expat work-permit processing services for South African Airways employees.** Suitable bidders are firms with SA immigration/legal/regulatory compliance capabilities, expatriate visa/work-permit administration, and related corporate services.

#### Requirements
- Submit on official bid response forms (not retyped) and, if successful, sign the written contract form (SBD7).
- Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN via e-filing or a printed TCS certificate; if part of a consortium/JV/subcontractor, each party must submit its own TCS/PIN; if no TCS, provide a CSD number.
- No bids from persons in the service of the State, or from entities with such connections, as applicable.
- For foreign-based suppliers, complete the RSA-related questionnaire (resident status, branch/permanent establishment, income source, taxation liability).
- If bidding as a consortium/JV, ensure separate TCS/CSD documentation for each party.
