Which tenders do you include?
We source tenders from a continuously growing list of providers across South Africa, updated daily. Our goal is to offer the most comprehensive coverage of public and private tenders available. We are currently working on a full overview of all sources for our customers.
What happens when tender information is updated?
When important tender data is updated at the source, those changes are automatically reflected in our database. Updated tenders are re-evaluated against your activities, so you'll see refreshed AI recommendations that account for the latest information.
How does document processing work?
When a tender includes attached documents (PDFs, Word files, etc.), BidWunder automatically extracts, analyses and summarizes their contents. This gives you more accurate recommendations and AI summaries.
What are AI summaries?
Each tender gets an AI-generated overview summarising its key information, including attached documents. This saves you from downloading and reading lengthy tender documents yourself.
How many business activities can I create?
You can create up to 6 business activity profiles, each with different criteria. This is useful if your business operates in multiple sectors or regions - or if you want to test how different activities perform against each other.
