Overview

Procurement of a 1-day VIP catering service for UFH's October Graduation Ceremony. UFH seeks an experienced catering provider to deliver a formal sit-down, two-course Executive Buffet for about 50 distinguished guests on 2 October 2026 at the Alice Campus (De Beers Art Gallery). This is an emergency procurement; the award will follow UFH SCM policy and the official UFH order will constitute the contract.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration is compulsory
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• Municipal Health Certificate (valid)
• Caterer located within 5–10 km radius of the campus
• Professional staff: uniformed personnel and a qualified chef
• Pricing inclusive of VAT and full scope (delivery, setup, service, and cleanup) with compliance to SCM rules; no late quotes; UFH reserves right to award or not award
• Service scope includes delivery, setup, catering for a formal two-course lunch for 50 guests, with appropriate food safety standards
