Overview

Necsa is seeking quotations for Medical Supplies (RFQ FIN-SCM-RFQ-0003) from qualified medical-supply vendors to cover the listed consumables and equipment. Bidders should have healthcare supply experience and relevant certifications to meet Necsa’s procurement and quality standards.

Requirements

• Tax Clearance Certificate (SARS tax pin)
• Declaration of interest (SBD 4)
• B-BBEE Certificate or applicable affidavit if classified as an EME
• COID/Letter of Good Standing (where applicable)
• Any other document or certification requested in the RFQ

• Submission deadline: 26 June 2026 at 12:00; Quotation validity: 90 days
• Submission method: Email your response to Mziwakhe.ntombela@necsa.co.za (RFQ responses must be sent here)
• Documents to complete/submit:
  • Fully completed quotation
  • Tax Clearance Certificate
  • SBD 4 Declaration of Interest
  • B-BBEE certificate or EME affidavit
  • COID-related documentation if applicable
  • Any other documents requested in the RFQ
• Pre-qualifications/registrations: Tax clearance and B-BBEE information are required
• Briefing: Compulsory site briefing is not required (Compulsory Site Briefing NO)
• Clarifications: Submit in writing to the contact details above; no other Necsa employees may be approached
• Additional notes: No goods may be delivered without an official Necsa Purchase Order; all prices must be fixed and inclusive of taxes, freight, insurance, and duties where applicable. The RFQ documents and scope of work are contained in the attached RFQ (RFQ 1- Medical Supplies.pdf).
