1A-ZDO-038-26 : MAINTENANCE OF CIVIL ENGINEERING AND RELATED INFRASTRUCTURE IN PHASE 1A Tenders are invited for the maintenance of civil engineering and related infrastructure in Phase 1A. Tender documents will be available from 31 August 2026 to 10 September 2026 and will be emailed upon indication of interest and submission of proof of payment of the tender charge. A non-refundable cash payment of R500.00 must be paid into the RBIDZ bank account (Absa, Branch Code: 632005, Account No.: 4072219190). Proof of payment should be emailed to tenders@rbidz.co.za. Tender documents will not be sold after 10:30 am on the date of the compulsory briefing meeting. Tenders must be completed in accordance with the conditions in the documents, sealed and endorsed with the contract number, and deposited in the official Tender box at the RBIDZ, RBIDZ Complex, 4 Harbour Arterial, Alton, Richards Bay, no later than 12:00 on 29 September 2026, when tenders will be opened in public. A compulsory briefing meeting and site inspection will be conducted by the RBIDZ on 10 September 2026 at 11:00 on site at RBIDZ Phase 1A Zone (GPS coordinates provided). Tenderers must bring their Tender documents to the site inspection for signature and those arriving after 11:00 or without original documents will not be allowed entry. Tenderers must bring PPE.
