Procurement of 200 hiking packs and 200 lunch packs for IHLM Annual Tourism Hike, to be supplied and delivered to Ingquza Hill Local Municipality. Bidders should be qualified service providers capable of assembling, supplying and delivering packaged food and drink goods for an event, with evaluation including price and specific socio-economic goals.

Requirements

• Valid full CSD registration
• Completed and signed Declarations (MBD1-9)
• SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) or Tax Compliance Certificate
• Certificate of Acceptability (CoA)
• Proof that no undisputed municipal accounts are overdue (≤30 days)

• Submission deadline: 03 September 2026 at 12:00 (no late submissions)
• Submission method: hand delivery to the Municipal Reception, 135 Main Street, Flagstaff (tender box); envelope must be sealed and endorsed with IHLM/32/2026-27/ECON (or as per tender label)
• Documents to submit: MBD1-9 declarations, pricing schedule, tax clearance/TCS PIN, CSD number, CoA, and proof of non-overdue municipal accounts
• Pre-qualifications: CSD registration; SARS TCS PIN (or printed TCS); CoA; if foreign, pre-award questionnaire
