Overview

Procurement of SAMTRAC training for three Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment officials (one Pretoria, two Cape Town). RFQ 208 AM (26/27) invites service providers with QCTO and SAIOSH accreditation to deliver the training, including venue and catering, with documents submitted by email by 08 Oct 2026 11:00.

Requirements

• Proof of accreditation from QCTO and SAIOSH.
• Complete and sign SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; include VAT per item, banking details, CSD MA-AA number.
• Submit CSD report and formal quotation on company letterhead.
• Tax compliance: TCS PIN or CSD number; SARS e-Filing verification; ensure no disqualifying tax status.
• Compliance with Preferential Procurement: 80/20 price–specific goals; specify ownership for BBEE points (>50% Black/Women/Disabilities).
• For joint ventures, average ownership must meet specific goals; provide required ownership/trust documentation.
• Delivery terms: prices VAT-inclusive; RFQ validity 90 days.
• No compulsory briefing session; prospective bidders may be asked for additional information during evaluation.
• All responses must adhere to POPIA and related privacy provisions.
