Overview

CCMA invites quotations for a cloud-based Asset Verification Solution and 10 Asset Verification Scanners (one-off) with 6 licenses for 3 years, plus 3 years of maintenance and support. Service providers with proven asset verification deployments, scanner provisioning, ERP/API integration, and South Africa-hosted cloud solutions should bid (RFQ 219302 Asset Verification Software and Asset Verification.pdf).

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing end-to-end Asset Verification solutions and scanner deployments (hardware + software).
• Supply 10 Asset Verification Scanners (one-off, CCMA-owned) and 6 licenses for the Asset Verification Solution for 3 years; include maintenance and support (onsite 30 hours/year + remote 30 hours/year), time-and-materials basis.
• Hosting within South Africa on CCMA’s Microsoft Azure tenant; compatible with SQL Server; API integration (push/pull) to enable data exchange.
• Ability to import/export asset master data from ERP (CSV/XLS) and manage transitions from current systems; robust audit/compliance and reporting capabilities; multi-site/site/location tracking; barcode-enabled asset management.
• Provide a fixed total price including all taxes; use the Pricing Schedule in the attached document (RFQ 219302 Asset Verification Software and Asset Verification.pdf).
• Required bid documents include proof of ownership, founding documentation (CIPC), owners’ IDs, and medical certificate for disabilities (for preferential points) as per the SBD forms (see attached).
