Overview

Procurement of 24-inch monitors for Statistics South Africa (RFQ). Bidders should be IT hardware suppliers capable of supplying monitors and complying with the SITA RFB740 contract. Requirements

• Do not appear on the Register for Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers.
• Complete and submit the SBD4 Bidder’s Disclosure form (Annexure C) as part of the bid. This includes:
  • Declaration on employment by an organ of state (provide particulars if applicable).
  • Disclosure of any relationship with persons employed by the procuring institution.
  • Disclosure of any interest in related enterprises and CSD-linked companies (provide supplier registration numbers).
  • General declaration of independence, no collusion, and no disclosure of bid details prior to opening.
  • Acknowledgement of potential penalties under the Competition Act for restricted practices.
