Overview

3-year term contract for departmental events, including catering, beverages, tents, toilets, chairs, tables, tablecloths, jumping castles, outdoor public address system, boxing ring, sound and stage. Bidders should have proven capability in event management, large-scale catering, equipment hire (tents, toilets, chairs, tables, stage), and PA/sound systems, with relevant certifications.

Requirements

• One service provider per local municipality across Limpopo for a 3-year term.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status; where applicable, CSD number if no TCS; VAT considerations; not in service of the state.
• Health and safety: adherence to local health codes; HALAAL labeling where applicable; on-site CoC; two days before events for marquee/tent erection; standby for toilet and boxing ring servicing.
• Documentation: respond on official forms; include SBD1 and SBD3.1; sign the SBD7 contract form; provide one original copy; initial each page.
• Compliance checks: supplier due diligence; fronting restrictions; adherence to GCC and any SCC; penalties for non-compliance.
