Overview

ARC Onderstepoort Veterinary Institute seeks a quotation for 30 sera samples packaged in One Cryobox, to be shipped at -20°C with dry ice for 5+ days or at 2–8°C with frozen gel packs for shorter transit. The delivery location is ARC Onderstepoort, Pretoria. Bidders should be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), capable of cold-chain handling, able to submit Standard Bidding Documents (SBD), and able to claim Specific Goals (HDI, Women, Youth, PwD, BEE, SMME/RDP) under the 80/20 or 90/10 framework (as applicable) (see TOR/RFQ).

Requirements

• CSD registration number and full CSD report with the bid proposal.
• Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms.
• Prices in ZAR, inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance; quote on official letterhead; indicate delivery date.
• Ability to claim Specific Goals with supporting documentation (HDI, Women, Youth, PwD ownership; BEE Level; SMME/RDP goals).
