Overview

Procurement of the 3rd floor water and sanitation ablution and kitchen refurbishment works. The Msunduzi Municipality invites CIDB-registered contractors (1GB or higher) to bid for refurbishments on the 3rd floor of the Professor Nyembezi Building, Pietermaritzburg. Suitable bidders should have office-building refurbishment experience and be compliant with CIDB, and have valid tax clearance, CSD registration, and, where relevant, ECB (electrical) or IOPSA (plumbing) registrations. Requirements
