Procurement of a service provider to render comprehensive security services to Midvaal Local Municipality Area 2 for 36 months from award. Open to security-services bidders with capability to meet local and regulatory requirements (e.g., CIDB registration, POPI compliance, VAT/tax compliance). Requirements

• Tax compliance: valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) or e-Filing; also include VAT status if applicable.
• VAT: VAT registration required for turnover thresholds; non-VAT vendors must register within 21 working days if awarded; VAT must be included where required (see VAT clauses).
• Local/BBB-EE preferences: 5 points for Local Enterprise and 5 points for BBB-EE status (SANAS/DtIC or sworn affidavit).
• Compliance docs: POPI consent, indemnity form, municipal services clearance (rates and taxes), and relevant CIDB registration.
• Bidders must submit on official forms, with no fax/email submissions; maintain 90-day bid validity; provide full company details and signatories.
• Sub-contractors or JV partners must provide separate TCS/CSD as applicable.
• Attachments: Indemnity, POPI acknowledgments, MBD1–MBD9 forms, PMS framework, Special/General Conditions (contract GCC), and the Schedule of Rates.
