9-1-1-RFQ067-2026-27 Supply and Deliver of Six Meter Container

Overview

Supply and delivery of a 6‑meter container with an electrical connection point to Nongoma Municipality; open to prospective service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or with a valid Tax Compliance PIN/TCS.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or provide a Tax Compliance PIN/TCS and comply with tax, CSD and SCM requirements.
• Complete and sign mandatory Municipal Bidding Documents: MBD1, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9.
• Provide a Tax Clearance or PIN/CSD number; if foreign, complete Part B and provide separate TCS/PIN for joint ventures as applicable.
• Submit company documentation: CIPC registration (where applicable), VAT registration, IDs for directors/members, Certificate of Authority for Signatory, bank letter, and address proofs including municipal address and director’s address documents not older than 2 months.
• Include Pricing Schedule (MBD3.1) with firm prices; delivery details and compliance with GCC/PPPFA terms.
• Adhere to procurement rules, taxation and compliance checks; failure to provide required documents may result in disqualification.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 10 November 2026 at 10:00 (per metadata).
• Submission method: sealed quotation in Nongoma Municipality’s quotation box (Lot 103, Main Street, Nongoma); no late, fax or email submissions.
• Documents to submit: MBD1, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; Pricing Schedule; CSD number or Tax PIN; Tax Clearance; ID copies; Certificate of Authority for Signatory; CIPC docs; bank letter; proof of address; municipal utility bill.
• Pre-qualifications: CSD registration or Tax PIN; for foreign bidders, complete Part B questions and ensure tax status is verifiable.
• Specific goals: up to 20 points for HDI/Black ownership; submit full CSD report not older than 2 months to claim.
