Overview

Supply and delivery of 60 x 50kg Layer Mash Feed to Nongoma Local Municipality. Open to qualified service providers with capacity to supply poultry feed and adhere to local procurement rules (PPPFA, CSD/tax compliance, and contract terms).

Requirements

• Fully complete and sign all Municipal Bid Documents: MBD1, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9.
• Provide CSD number and valid Tax Compliance PIN (SARS e-Filing accepted); tax compliance must be verifiable.
• Submit required company documents: CIPC registration (where applicable), ID copies for directors, Certificate of Authority for Signatory, bank confirmation letter, and address verification documents.
• Provide proof of address with matching CSD data; ensure no municipal arrears beyond 3 months.
• For Specific Goals, claim HDI Youth points with verification by a recent CSD report (not older than 2 months): 20 points for 100% Youth Owned or 10 points for ≥51% Youth Owned.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is compulsory.

How to Apply

• Deadline: 07 October 2026 at 12:00; late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
• Submission method: sealed envelope deposited in Nongoma’s quotation box at Lot 103, Main Street, Nongoma 3950.
• Documents to submit: Official forms (MBD1, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and Pricing Schedule (MBD3.1); include any required supporting docs.
• Pricing: firm prices; inclusive of VAT; indicate delivery to Nongoma Municipal address.
• Pre-qualifications/registrations: CSD number; Tax PIN; SARS e-Filing acceptable; CSD verification for HDI goals.
