Overview

Supply and delivery of branded Municipal Disaster Gazebos and Banners. Nongoma Municipality invites service providers with branding/printing capability to bid for 3 x 4.5m x 3m Gazebos, 3 x 3m x 0.7m Telescopic Banners, and 3 x 3m x 1m Top-up Banners (9-1-1-RFQ077-2026-27 Supply and Deliver of Municipal Disaster Gazebos and Banners). Bidders should be experienced in branding, signage printing, and municipal procurement, and must complete required MBD forms, be CSD-registered, and tax compliant.

Requirements

• Complete and sign the official bid documents: MBD1, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) number and valid Tax Clearance/PIN (eFiling accepted).
• Copies of IDs for directors/owners, CIPC registration, bank letter, and address/proof of municipal address.
• Pricing must be firm; delivery to Nongoma (Lot 103, Main Street).
• Adhere to 80/20 preference Points with 20 points for Specific Goals (HDI status) and applicable verification (CSD, etc.).
• Compliance with VAT and all taxes; no tender defaulters list post-check.
• Delivery: 3 Gazebos (4.5m x 3m), 3 Telescopic Banners (3m x 0.7m), 3 Pop-Up Banners (3m x 1m) to Nongoma (9-1-1-RFQ077-2026-27).

How to Apply

• Submit a sealed quotation to Nongoma Municipality’s quotation box at Lot 103 Main Street, Nongoma, 3950, by 12:00 on 08 October 2026; late proposals will not be considered.

• Include: CSD number or Tax PIN; Tax clearance; company registration; ID copies of directors; proof of address; and the pricing schedule (Firm Prices) with VAT included.
