Supply and delivery of 1500 x Treated Poles for LEDs. Nongoma Local Municipality seeks qualified suppliers to provide 1500 treated timber poles (2.5m x 80-100mm) for LED projects and deliver to Nongoma. Requirements

• CSD registration and tax compliance PIN (or valid Tax Clearance) and ability to verify via SARS eFiling
• Completion and submission of MBD 1, 3.1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9
• Compliance with PPPFA 80/20 and ability to claim Specific Goals (e.g., HDI/Youth) with required documentation
• Not listed on tender defaulters list or in service of the state; accept contractual terms and verification of tax status
• Delivery of poles strictly to specification and delivery address, with prices including VAT

• Submission method: sealed envelope deposited in the Nongoma Municipality quotation box at Lot 103 Main Street, Nongoma 3950; mark envelope with RFQ number
• Documents to submit: MBD 1, MBD 3.1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9; CSD number; Tax PIN; copy of CIPC/registration; IDs; bank letter; proof of address
