Overview

This RFQ seeks a qualified accredited service provider to give Bricklaying training to SANAS beneficiaries. The engagement covers 15 delegates, training preferably in Pretoria, with accessibility considerations for learners living with Autism. Requirements

• Accredited by Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA) / SETA.
• Facilitator with a qualification in house building.
• Training must accommodate learners living with Autism.
• Training scope: bricklaying skills; include PPE (boots, gloves, hard hats, dust masks, reflective vests, eye protection), venue, and catering costs.
• Location: Pretoria (preferred venue).
• 15 delegates; all costs included in the quotation (as per pricing schedule).
• Documentation: complete SBD 4, SBD 6.1; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; valid tax pin or compliant tax status; Central Supplier Database Report or Summary.
• Evaluation includes SANAS-specific goals (BLACK OWNED, BLACK WOMEN OWNED, Youth, Disability, EMEs, QSEs) and price; points allocated under SANAS 80/20 or 90/10 framework.
