Requirements

• Accommodation for 92 students, within 30 km of Necsa; secure, safe and self-catering.
• Room types: single or sharing; include bed, cupboard, chair and study table; laundry, bathroom, recreation facility.
• Kitchen: stove and refrigerator; facilities to support self-catering.
• Tariff: maximum R5,500 per student, inclusive of VAT.
• Required documentation: Tax Clearance Certificate; Declaration of Interest (SBD 4); B-BBEE Certificate or EME Affidavit; COID/Letter of Good Standing (where applicable); any other documents requested.
• Evaluation: 80/20 PPPFA (price vs. specific goals); specific goals based on B-BBEE status.
• Other conditions: No site briefing; purchase orders required before delivery; adherence to GCC and PPPFA Regulations.
