Overview

Procurement of accommodation, electricity and municipal services for Cradock EMS Base for 24 months. This is a facilities/services tender aimed at providers capable of delivering office space (~15 m² per office) plus rest room, toilets, kitchen, store rooms, wash bay, secured ambulance parking, and inclusive municipal services; bidders must be registered on the CSD and meet VAT/TAX and B-BBEE prerequisites.

Requirements

• Complete and sign the Invitation to Bid form (SBD1) and all Part 5 bid forms.
• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide required details; provide VAT/TAX compliance PIN or TCS if applicable.
• Include CSD number and LOGIS registration; supply latest CSD report.
• Provide B-BBEE status and verification or sworn affidavit.
• Submit Pricing Schedule (SBD 3.2) inclusive of VAT, with basis of pricing.
• Include declarations: Declaration of Interest (SBD 4) and past SCM practices (SBD Schedule E).
• If bidding as consortium/JV, submit joint arrangements and lead member; provide required agreements and CSDs.
• Validity period: bids open for 120 days from closing date.
• Compliance with GCC and any other contractual conditions; compulsory bid briefing: per cover page (here, no briefing).
