Overview

This tender seeks to procure WAN and remote connection (APN) services for Nkangala District Municipality for 36 months (re-advert). It is targeted at invited service providers with ICASA ECNS/ECS licensing and proven WAN/APN deployment experience to deliver a Corporate APN, private APN, backhaul, Internet breakout, and related services for about 400 users. Requirements

• ICASA ECNS/ECS license (must hold valid license) (see Scope of Work Blue)
• Proven WAN/APN deployment experience (see Scope of Work Blue)
• Professional Indemnity Insurance of at least R1,000,000 per claim (see Scope of Work Blue)
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN; may submit TCS with bid or provide CSD number if no TCS; separate TCS for consortium members (see Tender Data) (see Tender Data pink)
• If applicable, CSD full report showing ownership (see Returnables list) (see 5 List of returnables)
• Returnable documents: Form A–L plus additional project/personnel docs (see Returnables list) (see 5 List of returnables)
