Overview

Procurement of ADLash maintenance and minor works for NTCSA, Eskom and Broadband Infraco optic fibre network on an as-and-when-required basis for three years. Bidders should be qualified electrical/telecoms contractors with fibre optic maintenance experience, able to implement and maintain ISO 9001-based QMS, and compliant with Eskom SHEQ/OHS and environmental requirements (see attached OHS and Environmental documents).

Requirements

• ISO 9001-based Quality Management System and supplier quality management compliance.
• Health, safety and environmental compliance, including Eskom’s OHS requirements and Environmental Requirements for Contractors and/or Suppliers.
• Ability to perform maintenance/minor works on ADLash fibre network and participate in Eskom supplier assessments (quality plans, audit readiness).
• Local content and VAT/tax compliance, including Tax Clearance Certificates and Local Content declarations (SBDs and annexures).
• Pricing discipline: provide CPA-based price adjustments where applicable (pricing schedule and CPA formulae).
• Returnables and tender documentation as specified (see Annexures A–H; SBDs; pricing schedules).

• Non-compulsory clarification meeting: 2026-10-08 10:00 (MS Teams).
