Overview

Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps Licenses are being procured through a Formal Written Price Quotation (RFQ) by the Cape Winelands District Municipality. Proposals are invited from suppliers with IT software licensing capability and Adobe licensing experience to supply Adobe CC licenses under a quotation process.

Requirements

• Register on CWDM’s Supplier Database and the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and keep details updated.
• Complete quotation documents in BLACK ink; no correction fluid; ensure all pages are included.
• Provide Tax Compliance Status Pin (SARS) and comply with VAT/invoice requirements as specified.
• Include CIDB registration number if applicable.
• Provide documents to support locality preferences (municipal account not older than 90 days, lease or bank address proof).
• Submit B-BBEE documentation or sworn affidavit as applicable (certificates or verified affidavits for EMEs/QSEs).
• Bid validity period of 180 days from closing date.

• Submission deadline: 28 October 2026 at 11:00 (closing time).
• Submission method: Duly completed quotation documents sealed and placed in the CWDM tender box at 29 Du Toit Street, Stellenbosch (Q2026/034).
• Documents to submit: Completed quotation document, MBD forms, pricing schedule, VAT/SARS and tax clearance docs, CIDB if applicable, local preference documents (MBD 6.1 annexures).
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: CWDM Supplier Database and CSD; CIDB if applicable.
