Overview

Catering services for 1,000 people at Flagstaff Municipal Offices, contracted by the Ingquza Hill Local Municipality. Suitable bidders are catering providers with experience in large-scale public-sector catering, able to supply 1,000 meals and comply with municipal procurement rules, including black-owned status and related specific-goal criteria.

Requirements

• Valid Full CSD registration
• Completed and signed Declarations (MBD1-9)
• SARS TCS Pin printout
• Certificate of Acceptability (CoA)
• Letter confirming no undisputed municipal accounts overdue by more than 30 days (with proof)
• Tender documents must be submitted on the original tender documentation; no faxed, couriered or emailed tenders
• Tender validity period: 90 days from closing date
• Evaluation: 80/20 price vs specific goals; Specific Goals: 4 points for black-owned youth (18-35), 6 for black-owned women, 2 for black-owned people living with disability, 8 for black-owned
