Advert for Oath Forms and Legislation Boxes

Overview

Procurement of Oath form papers and Legislation Boxes (100 A4 thick gold powder glitter paper and 40 Legislation Boxes) to Ntabankulu Local Municipality. Bids are invited under RFQ NLM/SCM/30/2026/2027, with a 90-day tender validity and an 80/20 price-specific goals evaluation (or 90/10 where applicable). The contract involves supplying and delivering stationery/paper goods to a local government entity; bidders should be able to supply the specified items and meet SCM, tax, and vendor requirements.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) or CSD number; include Covid-19 or other standard SARS checks as applicable.
• Latest CSD report (not older than 3 months); certified IDs for directors; completed MBD forms (MBD 1-9, MBD 3.1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 7.1, MBD 9).
• Quotation valid for at least 90 days; prices inclusive of VAT; delivery costs included.
• Proof of municipal rates clearance for the company and directors or equivalent lease/clearance evidence.
• B-BBEE considerations: provide CSD or sworn affidavit to claim specific goals; complete the 80/20/90/10 preference form with the required supporting documents.
• Compliance with the municipality’s SCM policies; no involvement with state service restrictions per tender conditions.
• No site inspection; bids must be submitted via the prescribed method as detailed in the tender documents.
