Overview

Supply and delivery of PPE for community services. Bidders must be qualified suppliers capable of sourcing and delivering PPE to Ingquza Hill Local Municipality’s Community Services, with an 80/20 evaluation: Price=80; Specific goals include Women Owned (5), Youth Owned (5), People Living with Disability owned (2), and Black-owned (8). Tender validity is 90 days.

Requirements

• Valid Full CSD registration
• Completed and signed MBD1-9 declarations
• Valid SARS TCS Pin printout
• Signed letter confirming no undisputed municipal accounts overdue by more than 30 days (with proof)
• 100% local content where applicable and signed Local Content Annexures C, D & E
• Compliance with the municipality’s supply chain policy; bids must be on original bid documents; no faxed/couriered/emailed submissions; and conditional extensions reserved by the municipality
• Adherence to anti-corruption and pre-qualification requirements (e.g., not from persons in the state service or tender defaulters) as specified in the tender conditions
