Overview

Supply and delivery of stationery to Ingquza Hill Local Municipality (IHLM) for 2026/27. Bidders should be qualified stationery suppliers/wholesalers or retailers capable of servicing a municipal office with items such as paper, writing instruments and related office supplies, and comply with local-content requirements. Requirements

• Valid full CSD registration; proof of registration
• Completed and signedDeclarations (MBD1-9)
• Valid SARS TCS PIN printout
• Local Content is 100% where applicable
• Completed and signed Annexure C
• Letter confirming no undisputed municipal accounts overdue by more than 30 days (with proof)
• Bids must be submitted on the original bid documentation; no faxed/couriered/emailed submissions
• Compliance with the municipality’s supply chain policy
• Bidder must meet the mandatory documentation as part of responsiveness
• Evaluation: 80/20 (Price 80; Specific Goals 20) with points for ownership criteria: youth (6), women (4), disability (2), other Black ownership (8)
• Prohibition on bids from persons in the service of the state or listed tender defaulters; submission on original docs only; adherence to local content rules
• Tender validity: 90 days after closing date
