Overview

The ARC invites proposals for a service provider to conduct specialised geotechnical drilling assessment for the Planned Centre of Excellence Foundation. Bidders with geotechnical/drilling or civil-engineering capabilities should bid. Tender documents are purchased via PURCO SA and submissions are electronic. Requirements

• Compulsory information session attendance (26 Aug 2026, 12:00; ARC-VIMP Roodeplaat). Late entry not allowed; sign-in at 11:00. (see attached document)
• Purchase of tender documents: R1,150 (VAT included) via PURCO SA; login/register steps provided by PURCO SA site (see attached document)
• Electronic submission of tender documents: by 18 September 2026 10:00 (electronic submission).
• Open to bidders who register for the information session and purchase documents; bidding conducted electronically.
