ADVERT FOR THE HOSTING OF THE BIKE FESTIVAL

Overview

Appointment of a service provider to host the Ntabankulu Annual Bike Festival, including a 4x4 adventure trail and hiking at the Gomo Forest, with related logistics and event management. Requirements

Ability to contract with the public sector and comply with SCM policies.
Submit a sealed bid; meet tax compliance and supplier registration (CSD) requirements; provide SARS Tax Compliance Status or PIN where applicable.
Provide latest CSD report (not older than 3 months), certified IDs of directors, MBD 1-9, and rates clearance.
Complete and submit pricing on the official forms (MBD 3.1) and related bid documents; include BBBEE documentation as required.
Functionality/selection includes a minimum 70/100 points for pre-qualification; evaluation uses price and specific goals (80/20 or 90/10 rules depending on rand value).
Specific goals documentation: black ownership, women, youth, disability/veteran status, locality, and SMME status with supporting proof (CSD, affidavits, etc.).
