Overview

Procurement of a service provider for maintenance of high mast lights in Ntabankulu urban area. Open to qualified electrical installation/maintenance service providers with CIDB EP registration and the ability to meet evaluation criteria (functionality, experience, personnel, company profile, BBBEE/locality).

Requirements

• Electrical installation/maintenance experience with traceable references; min value R50,000; up to 3 appointment letters.
• Valid CIDB EP grading and registered electrical company status; CIDB EP grade and proof of qualifications (e.g., wireman/CoC, electrical artisan with trade test).
• Latest CSD Report (not older than 3 months); certified IDs of directors; fully completed MBD 1-9; signed quotation valid 90 days; Rates clearance for company/director or proof of non-ownership of property within urban area.
• BBBEE status or sworn affidavit; ability to promote locality (within Ntabankulu, Alfred Nzo, Eastern Cape).
• Pre-qualification functionality evaluation: bidders must score 70/100 to proceed to financial evaluation; adherence to VAT and other statutory requirements.
