Overview

Procurement of a service provider to repair a faulty weighbridge scale at Ntabankulu Local Municipality landfill site. Suitable bidders are experienced weighbridge repair specialists with capacity to deploy trained personnel, required tools/equipment, and compliance documentation (CSD check, IDs for directors, MBD forms) and the ability to meet environmental/regulatory standards. Requirements

• Evidence of capacity and relevant weighbridge repair experience, including at least 3 appointment letters.
• Demonstration of machinery/tools ownership or rental relevant to the project; SANAS-accredited weighbridge technician.
• Pricing information per instructions (inclusive of VAT).
• Tax compliance status (TCS/PIN) or CSD number; CID/foreign supplier questions as applicable.
• Compliance with ethics and SCM requirements (e.g., no state service affiliation; adherence to procurement rules).
• Site inspection: none offered; adherence to Tender Conditions and evaluation criteria (70/100 pre-qualification threshold to proceed).
