Overview

Appointment of service provider for supply and delivery of seeds, seedlings and fertilizer for NDYEE Trading PTY (LTD) in Ward 12, Ntabankulu. Open to qualified providers with experience in agricultural inputs (seeds, seedlings, fertilizer), and with the ability to meet the specified procurement and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Latest full CSD Report (not older than 3 months)
• Certified IDs of directors
• Fully completed and signed MBD 1-9
• Signed quotation valid for at least 90 days
• Rates clearance for company and director (or proof of property outside urban area)
• B-BBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit) to claim preference points
• Tax compliance status (SARS PIN or TCS certificate; include if applicable)
• Proof of registration on CSD and related pre-qualifications as required
• Compliance with the 80/20 price and specific-goals evaluation (70+ functionality threshold)

• Registrations/pre-qualifications: CSD, SARS Tax Compliance status (PIN or TCS), VAT if applicable
