Overview

The Greater Kokstad Municipality is procuring travel and accommodation arrangement services for a 36-month period to manage travel for Councillors, staff and associates. Bidders should be Travel Management Companies with IATA membership; ASATA registration is an added advantage. Compliance requirements include CSD, SARS tax matters, municipal rates clearance, and completion of standard tender forms. Requirements

• Price inclusive of VAT; quotations valid for 90 days.
• CSD: copy not older than 3 months and CSD registration.
• Proof that company and directors do not owe rates/taxes for more than 90 days.
• SARS tax PIN or Tax Compliance Status certificate.
• Completed and signed MBD 1, 4, 8 and 9; MBD 6.1 signed; Municipal Bidding Documents.
• Proof of registration with IATA (or valid third-party IATA license agreement).
• Download bid documents from the website; comply with mandatory criteria (no quotes from in-service entities).
• Attendance at compulsory briefing (02 Oct 2026, 11:00) at 75 Hope Street, Kokstad; non-attendance may disqualify.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and tax verification checks.
• Pricing Schedule (Annexure A3) and company profile; evidence of functionality criteria if applicable.
