ADVERTISED RFQ 03/10/2026: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CCTV EQUIPMENT (PERIOD OF 1 YEAR)

Overview

Supply and delivery of CCTV equipment for a 12-month period to Oudtshoorn Municipality. Quotation is invited from suppliers of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, lenses, cabling and mounting hardware with the ability to supply and deliver within South Africa; local preference rules apply under the 80/20 PPPFA framework and the municipality SCM Policy. Prospective bidders should be registered on the Central Supplier Database and comply with locality and BBBEE scoring.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) prior to award (online via csd.gov.za).
• Compliance with 80/20 Preference Point System under PPPFA 2022 and the municipality SCM policy; BBBEE 10 points and locality points apply (Within Oudtshoorn 10; Eden District 5; Western Cape 2; Outside 0).
• No bids from persons in the service of the State.
• Quotation validity: 90 days.
• Submissions must be sealed, on original documents, and placed in the Municipal quotation box by 12:00 on 03 November 2026.
• The municipality may withdraw/re-advertise or reject any quotation; award not guaranteed to the lowest score.
