Overview

Procurement of a panel of twenty service providers to supply and deliver pothole repair materials for the Free State Department of Community Safety, Roads and Transport for a period of 36 months (CIDB 5CEPE/6CE). The contract covers pothole materials and related road-maintenance supplies across 23 district offices; no briefing session is planned.

Requirements

• CIDB registration: 5CEPE/6CE; evidence via Schedule I (CIDB registration).
• Tax/compliance: Tax clearance PIN; SARS e-filing options; CSD number if no TCS.
• Returnable documents: SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, and SBD 6.2; all signed.
• Mandatory phase: No joint ventures; complete Phase 1 requirements.
• Health and safety: Comprehensive OH&S plan and contractor safety declarations.
• Local content: Declaration certificates for designated sectors (SBD 6.2) if applicable.
• Evaluation: Phase 1 mandatory; Phase 2 functionality (max 45 points, min 27); Phase 3 80/20 or 90/10 preferences; specific goals scoring.
• Documentation: Plant/equipment list, experience, key personnel, and required declarations.
