Overview

This tender seeks to appoint a consultant to undertake Environmental Impact Studies and associated specialist studies for City of Tshwane Cemeteries, including Basic Assessment Reports (BAR), related specialist studies, and Land-Use Applications. Requirements

• Completed MBD forms (1, 4, 5, 8, 9) signed by authorized persons; if not a director, provide delegation.
• Audited financial statements for the last three years (or proof of exemption if not legally required).
• If bidding as a Joint Venture, provide JV agreement and party documents; JV must continue unless approved otherwise.
• Attendance at the compulsory briefing session.
• Comprehensive company profile, including proposed project team CVs, relevant EIA experience, three client reference letters, and a detailed project plan.
• Proof of professional registration (e.g., EPASA) for key personnel.
• Fully completed pricing schedule without Tippex or uninitialled corrections.
