Overview

Procurement of a contractor to repair the Bon Accord Quarry Crusher and Asphalt Plants. The City of Tshwane invites bids from suppliers with quarry/crusher and asphalt-plant repair experience, CIDB 3ME or higher, and compliance in tax, CSD, and BBBEE. Requirements

• CIDB grading of 3ME or higher (valid certificate).
• Demonstrated prior experience: at least two signed, contactable references for similar works.
• Administrative and regulatory compliance: valid Tax Compliance PIN or CSD number; up-to-date municipal rates/taxes for the bidder and key owners/directors; completed MBD forms (1, 4, 5, 8, 9) with authorized signatories.
• BBBEE: valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE options acceptable for preference).
• Returnable documents: company registration, tax clearance/Pin, BBBEE, CSD summary report.
• Mandatory attendance at the compulsory briefing (if applicable) and complete, correctly priced pricing schedule (no Tipp-Ex, no blank spaces).
• Service Level Agreement required if appointed.
