Overview

The City of Tshwane seeks the appointment of a service provider for the repair and maintenance of swimming pools and the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of accessories, as and when required. Requirements

• Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a CSD number; provide Tax Clearance or unique PIN; BBBEE certificate; and CSD summary (returnable docs listed in the bid pack).
• Insurance and safety: minimum liability insurance of at least R5 million; compliance with OHS, electrical, fire, building regulations and local by-laws; PPE provided; suitable workshop, vehicles, and supervision.
• Operational capability: supply and replacement of pumps, motors, pipes, fittings, filters, chlorine equipment, and pool accessories; ability to provide spares within three working days; after-hours emergency response within 3 hours (17:00–09:00, including weekends/public holidays).
• EPWP compliance: invoices must include EPWP documentation; contract with participants; attendance logs; wage records; and EPWP reporting.
