Overview

The City of Tshwane invites bids for the supply and delivery of ICT peripherals for the Shared Services Department, including projectors, scanners, receipt printers, web cameras, padded laptop backpacks and laptop chargers (RFQ Q39-2026-27). Bidders should be ICT hardware suppliers with CSD registration, tax clearance, and BBBEE documentation, and must respond via the online Ariba platform by 20 October 2026 at 10:00. Requirements

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid CSD number
• Tax compliance status (PIN or TCS) valid for award
• Municipal rates and taxes up to date for bidder and SA-based owners/directors
• Signed MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD8, MBD9) or delegated authorization
• Audited financial statements for the most recent three years (or proof if not legally required)
• Evidence that the offered items meet specifications with data sheets/brochures
• If bidding as a JV, JV agreement and documents for all parties
• BBBEE documentation to claim specific goals under the 80/20 preference system
• Pricing schedule covering all listed items; no corrections without initials/signature
