Overview

Procurement of a service provider to supply, deliver and install plastic street litter bins, as-and-when required over a 12-month period. Bidders should have capacity to design, manufacture, deliver and install HDPE street bins, be locally manufactured, and be registered on CSD with tax/BBBEE consideration. Compliance with installation requirements (anchor bolts, 100 mm concrete base) and local waste management policies is expected.

Requirements

• CSD registration and valid CSD Number; tax clearance status or SARS PIN (TCS) required.
• Municipal rates and taxes up to date for bidder and all owners/directors; supporting statements or Councillor letter where relevant.
• Duly signed MBD forms (1, 4, 5, 8 and 9) or equivalent authorization; all spaces completed.
• Audited financial statements for the last 3 years (or proof not required by law for younger firms).
• If bidding as a Joint Venture, JV documents and agreements for all parties.
• Mandatory returnable items: pricing schedule complete and signed; no correction fluid on price items; three contactable reference letters (Stage 2).
• Compulsory briefing: as applicable (note: the attached materials show no mandatory briefing for this bid).
